The Absent Request Forms Outstanding section enables staff to view and manage all pending absence requests from the start of the academic year. This feature allows for streamlined attendance management by highlighting any unexplained absences, making it easier for schools to follow up with parents/guardians to submit necessary notes. If you are not seeing the correct information in the Administrator's App, it means you do not have access to it and requires to be added by a full access member. Please contact the School admin or refer to the help guide on Access and permissions.
Note: The Absent Request Forms Outstanding section is only available in the Administrator's App and is not accessible via the CMS/Web Version Dashboard. However, you can apply the Requested status filter and set a date range within the CMS to view all requested absence notes, making it possible to achieve similar functionality.
1. Open your Administrator's App
2. Go to the Main Side Menu
- From an Android Device, tap on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left of the screen
- From an Apple Device, tap on the more tab on the bottom right of the screen
3. Tap on Absent Request Forms Outstanding
4. By Default, it will show absent requests since the start of the year. You can change date by tapping on the date filter on the top left
5. You can either:
- Call - This allows you to call the parent/guardian from your device (note: If your phone is not on private, they will see your phone number)
- Personal Notification - Send a templated Personal Notification with a single tap. See below for more information on this
- View - This allows you to view all requested & submitted notes for the student
- Displays the Total Absence Requests Outstanding for the student since the beginning of the academic year
- One tap to send templated Personal Notification to parents, which will include the student name, total requests and custom message.

- Includes information such as day of the week and more, which provides immense insight into any potential patterns
