Add emojis to News, Notifications and Personal Notifications using the communication editor.
Emoji support
The Unique Schools Dashboard and Administrator’s App support emojis in their available communication tools. Emojis can also appear when that content is shared to the school app, connected social media or the school website.
How to add an emoji
- Create your News post, Notification or Personal Notification in the appropriate tool.
- Select the smiley-face / Add emoji button in the content toolbar.
- Search for or select the emoji you want.
- Preview the message and publish through the normal process.
Keep the message clear. Use emojis to support the wording, not replace important dates, actions or instructions. Check the preview because their appearance can vary between devices and channels.
