Picture permission is updated by the parent on their School app under the 'My student tab'. Staff members have access to view students who have been given/not permitted their main Dashboard and or Administrator app.
To see the list of permissions please follow the steps below:
- Go to your Dashboard and tap on Reports then in the dropdown select Picture Permission list
- Apply filter
- Hit Search
If a parent has contacted the school directly to revoke consent we would recommend asking them to make sure that they update their school app to reflect it, however, we understand that in some cases you will need to update it.
To update a Picture Permission status please follow the steps below:
- Go to your Dashboard and tap on Reports then in the dropdown select Picture Permission list
- Search name of the student
- Hit Search
- Select box beside the student's name
- Select status you wish to apply (Allow/Deny)
Please note that your name will be stamped as the last person to modify the status.
