This section of the Dashboard allows staff members to post images to a public Gallery for everyone registered on the school app to view.
Gallery items should be added as a News item.
This gives you the option to alert users. It's not possible to do this via the Gallery section
Only use the Add option here, when you do not wish to alert users of a new Gallery post.
Editing an Existing Gallery item
- Click Edit beside the item you wish to make a change to
- Change your Title if you wish
- Add/Change the Message

Add images by clicking Choose Files
- Select the images you wish to add to this Gallery
- Remove images by clicking the X on the image thumbnail
- Save
Adding an Existing Gallery item
- Click Add
- Enter the Title
- Add the Message

Add images by clicking Choose Files
- Select the images you wish to add to this Gallery
- Save
If you have Full access to the system you will be able to publish Pending Items by simplying selecting the item and tapping on Publish.
