Shop on your Administrator's App

View and manage assigned payments

The Shop section of the Administrator's App enables assigned staff members to view detailed payment information, including payments received, payments pending, and users not onboarded to the app. This real-time tracking capability allows staff to easily monitor and manage payments on their mobile devices.

 

1. Open your Administrator's App

2. Go to the Main Side Menu

  • From an Android Device, tap on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left of the screen
  • From an Apple Device, tap on the more tab on the bottom right of the screen

3. Tap on Shop

  • Here you will see payments that have been assigned upon form creation

    Staff can be added to be able to view the payment in the Administrator's App from the CMS/Web Version of the system

4. Tap into the Payment you wish to view

5. Monitor submissions, whether parents/guardians are onboard and other details. More explained below. 

 

Shop Main Screen

  • View all of your assigned payments via the screen below after tapping on Shop
  • You will see who payments total students assigned, paid and unpaid

Shop Detail

  • Filter by Received, Not Received, All assigned, Years & Classes
  • See the last date of submission
  • View all students assigned to the payment along with their year & class

  • When tapping on the Not Received tab, we can see who has not paid
  • We can also see whether or not the student has parental representation on the app
  • The red rectangle to the right of the student means parent/guardian is not an app user
  • The green rectangle to the right of the student means the parent guardian is an app user
  • If we take the below image, for the student (Katie Burke):
    • the primary parent/guardian is not an app user
    • the secondary parent/guardian is an app user

Form Detail Continued

  • Tap into any student to see further details
  • This can be handy for those not paid as you can quickly acquire the primary contact phone number
  • After tapping Call, the phone number will pop up for you (Note: It will not call straight away, so don't worry - you can preview the phone number)
  • Also note, If your phone is not on private, they will see your phone number
  • If the student has paid, you will see information such as: 
    • Order ID
    • Order Date
    • Payment Status
    • Payment Type
    • Number of Payments (If paid in instalment option, it will be more than 1 here)
    • Item Total (Cost)
