How to manage responses via your Dashboard

Forms can be used for a variety of needs as you can create questions based on each individual case.

You will be required to create the forms under your main Dashboard, but responses can be managed from either the Dashboard or the Administrator's app.

On your main Dashboard you will be able to see all the forms submitted. We recommend keeping this Dashboard up to date by unpublishing old forms that no longer need managing.

 

To see responses received on a form created please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your Dashboard and tap on Forms then in the dropdown select Manage Forms
  2. Find the form you wish to manage and tap on the eye icon
  3. Tap on View Students
  4. Select and apply filters (if necessary)
  5. Hit Export

Once you export you will find an Excel file on our downloads folder. You can also apply filters on your Excel file rather than on your Dashboard.

 

When creating a form, you can select reminders that will notify users who haven't yet submitted the form. 

You can create a Group of parents/guardians who are still marked as not submitted and then send a Personal Notification to bring more attention to the form. 

 

 

To  create a group from an existing form please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your Dashboard and tap on Forms then in the dropdown select Manage Forms
  2. Find the form you wish to create the group and tap on the eye icon
  3. Tap on View Students
  4. Apply filters e.g. Not Submitted
  5. Hit Search
  6. Tap Create Group
  7. Name Group
  8. Hit Submit

After creating a Group you can send a Personal Notification and select the name of the Group you have created.

Publish

If you have a form that is not published you can make it visible for users that are already assigned to it by Publishing. Simply select the form that is unpublished and tap on Publish at the top right of the screen.

Unpublished

If you have a form that is currently not to be used until further notice or that you don't need to manage anymore you can unpublish it. 

Simply select the form that is published and tap on Unpublish at the top right of the screen. 

To find all unpublished forms simply select No from the Published dropdown menu.

Delete

If you have a form that is not to be submitted simply select the form and tap Delete. If users have already submitted forms, we would suggest simply unpublishing rather than deleting it.
