Add new students to existing Form

After creating a form, you can add more students to it

When creating a form you may select a specific year group to submit the form allowing them to submit their responses first, then open the form to other year groups afterwards. The system allows you to simply add students to an existing form, this way you don't need to create a new form.

 

To add students to existing forms please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your Dashboard and tap on Forms then in the dropdown select Manage Forms
  2. Find the form you wish to add more students and tap on the eye icon (far right column)
  3. Tap on Add Users on the right corner of the screen
  4. Filter by the dropdown menu
    • Groups: If you have created a group previously you can find by the name of the group
    • Students: Will show list of year/class where you can select the ones relevant to you
    • Family Type: You can select year/class and then apply family type filter
  5. Select all or select relevant students that you wish to submit the form to 

    Note: You will only see students who are not yet added to the existing form

     
  6. Add selected so they move to your Final list
  7. Select final settings on your form (if applicable)
  8. Submit
