On your main Dashboard, you will see an overview of all created items. It allows you to quickly check overall payments or manage specific ones.
To keep your Dashboard relevant, we recommend unpublishing older payments that no longer require management.
To edit a payment that is already created please follow the steps below:
- Go to your Dashboard and tap on Shop then in the dropdown select Manage School items
- Find the payment you wish to edit and tap on the edit icon
- Apply changes required
-
Hit Submit
Note: After a payment is created, there's a limited number of changes you can make
The system allows you to export the list of paid items. However, we recommend using the export feature only after all payments have been completed or when payments are no longer available for parents. Otherwise, once a file is exported, the report may become outdated as users can still make additional payments.
To export list of a specific payment please follow the steps below:
- Go to your Dashboard and tap on Shop then in the dropdown select Manage School items
- Find the payment you wish to export and tap on the eye icon
- Tap on View Students
- Apply filters
- Hit Export
Note: You can either apply filters on your Dashboard before exporting a file, or via your Excel file export (e.g. paid items)
When creating a payment you can select reminders that will notify users who haven't yet paid for the item to do so. You can create a group of parents/guardians who are still marked as unpaid and then send a Personal Notification to bring more attention to the fee.
To create a group from an existing payment please follow the steps below:
1. Go to your Dashboard and tap on Shop then in the dropdown select Manage School items
2. Find the Payment Item in question
3. Choose the column that applies to you and Click on the number beside your payment item
- Examples:
- ○ For a school trip, we would choose the Total Payments number. From there, we can create a Group from the number and send out Personal Notifications, Forms etc. to that specific group of users.
- ○ For outstanding payments, we would Click on the Outstanding Payments column number. The next screen allows us to Create a Group from that number and we can then follow up with the users via Personal Notification etc.
4. Click on Create Group
5. Add the Group Name
6. Submit
After creating a Group you can send a Personal notification and select the name of the Group you have created.

If you have a payment that is currently not to be used until further notice or that you don't need to manage anymore you can unpublish it. Select the payment that is published and tap on Unpublish at the top right of the screen.
To find all unpublished forms simply select No from the Published dropdown menu.

If you have a payment that is not to be used select the payment and tap Delete. If users have already made payments to the fee, you will not be able to delete it so we would suggest to Unpublish instead.
