The system allows you to send a link to the user to make payment. They will receive an email with a link that will open the payment portal on their browser.
This could be used when:
- the user is having difficulty paying on the School app
- when another member of the family who is not an app user wants to pay for the item
- when a parent/guardian calls the school and wishes to pay over the phone.
If a parent/guardian is having a lot of difficulty with payments, please have them contact our Parent/Guardian support inbox:

To send a link for a payment please follow the steps below:
- Go to your Dashboard and tap on School Shop then in the dropdown select Manage School Items
- Tap on the eye icon of the payment you wish to send the link of
- Tap on View Students
- Find the student and tap on Send link icon
- Enter email of the user
- Comment is optional
- Hit Submit
