This section explains how to create and add students to Evening Study. Set up recurring weekly sessions per term and easily add students.
Create a new Evening Study
1. Go to the Evening Study tab on the left-hand menu of the Year Heads Dashboard.
2. Click the Add button in the top-right corner.
3. Add the Title, Date Range and Time Slot of your Evening Study; e.g. “Term 1”. (Refer to “Adding Time Slots” for more detail.)
4. Assign the Evening Study to the staff member in charge. An email will automatically notify them of the assignment.
5. Add a Description (Optional)
6. Select the Recurring Days that the Evening Study will take place on
7. Click Submit.
Note: This will automatically create the sessions for the date range and days you entered. Total sessions will be shown (see screenshot 2 below)

Add Students to Evening Study
1. After creating an Evening Study, click on the Calendar (View Sessions) icon on the right side of the screen
2. Click on the Add Student button
3. Select your students from either the Year(s) & Class(es) or from Groups
Note: If you have taken payment via the school app for Evening Study, you can easily create a group from those who have paid and add them to the study sessions.
4. After selecting either the Year, Class or Group, you can select students individually or select all and Add to Final List.
5. Click Add to Evening Study, after reviewing the Final List
