View & manage Absentees for your year submitted by parents/guardians or requested via the AM roll call directly from the Administrator’s App. If you are not seeing the correct information in the Administrator's App or Dashboard, it means you do not have access to it and requires to be added by a full access member. Please contact the School admin or refer to the help guide on Access and permissions.
1. Open your Administrator's App
2. Go to the Main Side Menu
- From an Android Device, tap on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left of the screen
- From an Apple Device, tap on the more tab on the bottom right of the screen
3. Tap on Absentee
4. By Default, it will show absent requests/submissions for today. You can change date by tapping on the date filter on the top left
5. You can either:
- Call - This allows you to call the parent/guardian from your device (note: If your phone is not on private, they will see your phone number)
- Personal Notification - Send a templated Personal Notification with a single tap. See below for more information on this
- View - This allows you to view all requested & submitted notes for the student
- Displays the Total Absences for the student since the beginning of the academic year
- One tap to send templated Personal Notification to parents, which will include the student name, total absences and custom message.

- View all absences for a particular student
- Includes information such as day of the week and more, which provides immense insight into any potential patterns
- Checkboxes for Year Heads/Principal/DP/Office to confirm whether or not a particular note has been actioned or acknowledged (internal use only - parents/guardians will not see this)
