1. Open your Administrator's App
2. Go to the Main Side Menu
- From an Android Device, tap on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left of the screen
- From an Apple Device, tap on the more tab on the bottom right of the screen
3. Tap on Late Request Forms Outstanding
4. By Default, it will show late requests since the start of the year. You can change date by tapping on the date filter on the top left
5. You can either:
- Call - This allows you to call the parent/guardian from your device (note: If your phone is not on private, they will see your phone number)
- Personal Notification - Send a templated Personal Notification with a single tap. See below for more information on this
- View - This allows you to view all requested & submitted notes for the student
- Displays the Total Late Requests Outstanding for the student since the beginning of the academic year
- One tap to send templated Personal Notification to parents, which will include the student name, total requests and custom message.
