Sometimes, a student may approach you if they have difficulties registering on the School App. An OTP (One-Time Passcode) is sent to the guardian's mobile number for verification. In this case, you can check the CMS to see which code was sent to the mobile number.

If parents do not receive the OTP, you can also check it for them.
