Buy SMS credits for your school so text messages can continue to reach contacts who do not use the app.
Option 1: Buy through the Dashboard
- Open the main dashboard → Other → SMS → Top Up Credits.
- The page is titled Buy Packages. Compare the available packages and check your SMS Balance.
- Choose a package using its + purchase icon.
- Review the total price, VAT and number of SMS credits.
- An authorised staff member can enter the school’s payment-card details and submit the purchase.
Check the current price before paying. Package prices and taxes may change. Use the amount shown at purchase, not an older guide or screenshot.
Option 2: Request an invoice
Email staffsupport@uniqueschools.ie with your school name and the package or credit quantity you need. Ask support to confirm the current price and invoice arrangement.
Do not send payment-card details by email.
