Late Ticket Printing

Connecting the Late Printer to the Digital Sign In App

This article explains how to connect the SPP-R200III late printer to the Digital Sign In App.

The printer must first be paired in the device’s Bluetooth settings. After that, it can be connected inside the Digital Sign In App.

Before you start

Please check the following before setting up the printer:

  • The Digital Sign In App must be on the latest version.
  • The device must allow the Digital Sign In App to use Bluetooth.
  • The printer should be charged and switched on.
  • The printer should be paired in the iPad or Android Bluetooth settings first.
  • The Late Receipt Printing option must be enabled in the Digital Sign In App.

We recommend charging the printer each night so it has enough battery for use each morning.

If the printer is turned off or automatically shuts down, you may need to reconnect it in the Digital Sign In App the next morning.
